Measure flour and sugar into a large bowl and&lt;br /&gt;     stir  until fully combined.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  Crack eggs into a small bowl  and&lt;br /&gt;     beat with a wire whisk until foamy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Add the milk, melted butter, vanilla and salt into the small bowl with the eggs and&lt;br /&gt;     mix with a wire whisk until fully combined. .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.  Dump the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients  and beat with a wire whisk&lt;br /&gt;     until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Use a large nonstick skillet and heat on medium-high until hot.&lt;br /&gt;     (test with a drop of water)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Pour a scant 1/4 cup of batter into skillet and quickly tilt and swirl the pan to&lt;br /&gt;      coat the bottom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.  Cook until lightly browned on the bottom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8. Carefully loosen and flip crepe.&lt;br /&gt;     Cook for only 30 seconds more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9.  Slide crepe out onto a plate that has been covered with a paper towel.&lt;br /&gt;     Repeat until all kitchen members have made one crepe.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FILLING &amp;amp; TOPPING&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Place a spoonful of sweetened strawberries in a line down the center of each&lt;br /&gt;crepe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.   Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.   Mix on low speed with an electric mixer for one minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.   Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber scraper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.   Mix on high speed for three minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Grease a round or square cake pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.  Pour mixture into the pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.   Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.  Test cake for doneness, by inserting a wooden toothpick&lt;br /&gt;    into the center of the cake. Simmer chicken breast in barely boiling water for 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;     Remove and cool.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Shred chicken.  Measure refried beans and cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.  Pour small amount of enchilada sauce in a frying pan and heat over low heat.  Soften each tortilla by dipping into hot sauce for 30 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Place each tortilla on a plate, spread down the center with some of chicken, top with refried beans and top the beans with grated cheese.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Roll up each enchilada and place in a 8” x 8” baking dish and cover with remaining enchilada sauce.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Preheat oven to 400°F .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.    Measure the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a small bowl.&lt;br /&gt;    Stir with a wooden spoon until mixed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.    In a separate bowl measure the egg,  milk and oil.  Mix well with a fork.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.      Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir 5 to 6 times with&lt;br /&gt;    a wooden spoon, Do not overmix.  Batter should be lumpy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.      Carefully stir in the frozen blueberries.  Mix lightly.&lt;br /&gt;    (Overmixing will turn the batter a gray color and tough)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.      Place muffin liners in a 12 muffin tin.  Use an ice cream scoop to fill each&lt;br /&gt;     muffin cup 2/3 full.  (if you overfill the cups the muffins may overflow and burn)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.      Bake for 20-25 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.      Remove muffins from oven and let cool on a cooling rack for 3 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;br /&gt;9. Slice meat across the grain into thin strips. Cover and refrigerate.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Mince garlic.  Measure to make sure you have 1 teaspoon.  Mince ginger.&lt;br /&gt;Cover and refrigerate.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Prepare all vegetables except and cover and refrigerate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DAY 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3/4 package ramen noodles&lt;br /&gt;sauce ingredients:  1 Tbsp. light soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;            1/2 tsp. sugar&lt;br /&gt;            1/4 tsp. salt&lt;br /&gt;            1/4 cup chicken broth&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1.  Mix chow sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside until step #6.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2..Cook ramen noodles according to package directions&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan  over medium-high heat until hot.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.  Add meat to frying pan and stir fry for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Add ginger and scallions and stir fry for 1 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Add all vegetables except spinach to frying pan and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.  Stir chow sauce and add to frying pan along with cooked noodles and spinach.  Reduce heat to medium and stir noodles constantly for 2-3 minutes until coated with sauce and heated through.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.  Remove frying pan from heat and serve immediately.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Wash potato, prick skin with fork.  Bake potato at 350 degrees for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  Remove potato from oven and cut in half lengthwise (be careful - potato&lt;br /&gt;    will be very hot)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Scoop inside of potato into a small bowl.  Be sure to leave enough potato in&lt;br /&gt;       skin so that it will hold together.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.  Add milk, cheese, butter and salt to the potato mixture.  Beat with electric&lt;br /&gt;      mixer until blended.  Add more milk of necessary.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Refill potato skins with filling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Mash banana and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Chill small bowl and whisk in freezer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Wash all fruit for 20 seconds under running water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Prepare all fruit by removing skin, hulls, seeds .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.   Cut fruit into medium chunks. Cut grapes in half.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.  Place all fruit in a medium bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Sprinkle sugar over fruit and mix lightly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.  Measure heavy cream into chilled bowl.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.  Whisk until foamy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9.  Add sugar and vanilla and continue beating until soft peaks form.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10.  Add whipped cream to fruit and mix lightly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11. In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar&lt;br /&gt; until light and fluffy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Add the egg and vanilla to the bowl and beat well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. In a separate bowl with a wooden spoon, mix together the flour, cocoa,&lt;br /&gt; baking soda and salt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4.   Using a wooden spoon, stir the flour mixture into the egg &amp;amp; butter mixture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5.   Put 2 tablespoons of sugar on a large plate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.   Roll dough into 1” balls, then roll each ball in sugar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.   Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2” apart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8.   Bake on a middle rack in the oven for 8-9 minutes.   Do not over bake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9.   Remove cookies from oven and let cool on cookie sheet&lt;br /&gt; for 1 minute. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2.  In a medium bowl, whisk the egg and egg white until foamy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3.  Add the  flour, milk, sugar and salt and whisk until mixed.  Let sit for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4..  Put a square pan (8” x 8”) in the hot oven and leave the pan in the oven 5 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5,  Oven oven door and put the butter into the pan.  Close oven and melt butter for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6.  Carefully remove the pan and set on a cooling rack.  Tilt pan to have butter cover the bottom.   Pour the batter over the melted butter.  DO NOT MIX IT TOGETHER.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7.   Put  strawberries in middle of pancake (not on edges.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8..  Put pan bake in oven and bake at 425 degrees for 13-18 minutes or until browned and puffed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9.  Remove pan  and put on a cooling rack.
